PU leather, or polyurethane leather, is a coated type of leather. It is durable, water-resistant, and easy to maintain. Return
  • Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
  • Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.

  • Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
  • Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
