Care

Carefully remove small stains with a slightly damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent. Let the bag air dry afterwards. This will keep the fabric, shape, and vibrant colors looking beautiful for as long as possible.

Track & Trace: After dispatch, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to track your package.

Please note: Minor delays may occur during busy periods.

Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
Start a return: Send an email to viinifire@outlook.com. You will then receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
