Care
Gently clean the Pippa Dot Hair Clip with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it thoroughly afterwards. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume and hairspray. Store the clip in a dry place and avoid hard knocks to keep the material and closing mechanism in good condition.

Return
- Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.

- Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
- Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
