Clean the Riviera Bangle with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then dry it carefully. Avoid perfume, cosmetics, cleaning products, extreme heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Store the bracelet separately and protect it from hard impacts to preserve its glossy finish.

- Delivery time: Within the Netherlands 1–3 business days after dispatch. International deliveries vary by country.
- Shipping costs: Calculated automatically at checkout, depending on weight and size. Includes VAT.

Return
- Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
- Start a return: Send an email to viinifire@outlook.com. You will then receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
- Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
- Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
