Care
It is recommended to hand wash the Mélange Winter Scarf in cold or lukewarm water. Use a mild detergent and avoid rubbing the fabric too hard. Let the scarf air dry and avoid bleach, tumble drying, and high ironing temperatures to preserve its softness and mélange colors.

Return
- Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
- Start a return: Send an email to viinifire@outlook.com. You will then receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
- Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
- Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
