Care
Gently remove small stains with a slightly damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Allow the bag to air dry afterwards. This will keep the fabric, shape, and cheerful colors looking beautiful for as long as possible.

Return
- Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
- Start a return: Send an email to viinifire@outlook.com. You will then receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
- Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
- Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
