Handmade with Christmas love
Each candle is carefully handmade in Eindhoven from rapeseed wax. Choose from festive colours (white, red, green) and delightful Christmas scents (cinnamon, pine needles, or unscented). That way, you can create your perfect festive atmosphere.

Shipping
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days on business days (Mon–Fri).
- Delivery time: Within the Netherlands 1–3 business days after dispatch. International deliveries vary by country.
- Shipping costs: Calculated automatically at checkout, depending on weight and size. Includes VAT.

Track & Trace: After dispatch, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to track your package.
Please note: Minor delays may occur during busy periods.
Return
- Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
- Start a return: Send an email to viinifire@outlook.com. You will then receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
- Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
- Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
