Care
Gently remove small stains with a slightly damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent. Do not wash the pouch in the washing machine and let it air dry to keep the shape, fabric, and dot print looking good for as long as possible.

Return
- Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
- Start a return: Send an email to viinifire@outlook.com. You will then receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
- Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
- Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
