Care
Wash the Élodie Button Cardigan inside out on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C. Use a mild detergent and button the cardigan before washing. Preferably lay the cardigan flat to dry to preserve the fit and knitted structure. Avoid the dryer, bleach and high ironing temperatures.

- Delivery time: Within the Netherlands 1–3 business days after dispatch. International deliveries vary by country.
- Shipping costs: Calculated automatically at checkout, depending on weight and size. Includes VAT.

Return
- Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.

- Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
- Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
