One major advantage of stainless steel is that you can wear it every day without worry. You can keep your jewellery on while showering, exercising or even swimming without compromising its quality. Maintenance is simple: clean the necklace occasionally with a soft cloth to remove fingerprints or dust.
Shipping
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days on business days (Mon–Fri).
- Delivery time: Within the Netherlands 1–3 business days after dispatch. International deliveries vary by country.
- Shipping costs: Calculated automatically at checkout, depending on weight and size. Includes VAT.

Please note: Minor delays may occur during busy periods.
Return
- Return period: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt.
- Conditions: The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
- Start a return: Send an email to viinifire@outlook.com. You will then receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
- Damage or incorrect item: Report this immediately upon receipt via email so that we can resolve it.
- Exceptions: Perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within approx. 10 business days.
